1. The area around the toilet is to be clear of obstructions. All non-fixed or non-fitted items are to be removed from the toilet area before we arrive. If the area is not clear of obstructions the treatment cannot commence but you will still be charged. 

2. The treated toilet(s) cannot be used for at least 1 hour after treatment.

3. No cleaning products are to be put into the toilet for 24 hours after the treatment.

4. Once you have paid for a treatment online you will be contacted within 24 hours and offered a morning or afternoon time slot. No fixed times are offered, but the operative will call or text you when they are en-route to confirm that you will be in. 

5. If the operative arrives and cannot gain access because you are not in then you will still be charged. 

6. The part of the toilet that this restoration service provides is only applicable to the part of the toilet that is tarnished or stained inside the toilet bowl, below and above the waterline and in the U bend, but not above the rim or any external part of the toilet. We do not clean the outside of the toilet, the toilet seats, lid or cistern. 

7. No responsibility is accepted for any damage caused to the toilet or any of your other property by any of the treatments we apply. 
8. Reactions to our treatment are extremely rare, but can happen and if this is the case, it’s a low risk that you have been advised of and agreed to and accept without any liability to ourselves.
